Colorado Warrant Bail Bonds
Think You May Have An Outstanding Warrant for Your Arrest? |
|
1. Call A Reputable Bail Bondsman For Advice. |
Bondsmen have the experience and knowledge on how to navigate the court system and do so in a timely manner. In many cases a bondsman will know how to take care of the warrant and get you a court date without you having to go through the process of being arrested and sitting in jail for hours. 2. Call the courthouse in the jurisdiction where you believe the warrant may exist. It may take several weeks for a warrant to be put into the “system”. If the warrant doesn’t come up the first time, try again in another week or so or contact a bondsman to act in your behalf.
3. Use an Online Public Records database Web Site. This is an easy and safe way to find out if you have a warrant as most sites are completely confidential. One site I have used is www.cocourts.com . I have been quite happy with the results using this site. |
